Maia London ships to the UK, USA, UAE, and Europe. All orders are tracked, and you will receive tracking information by email. Please note products are made to order. All DHL orders require a signature upon delivery. Once a signature is provided, we are no longer liable for missing or misplaced deliveries.

Please note, as orders are shipped from the UK, orders over $2,500 USD may require further clearance via UPS on behalf of local Customs. This is a routine check completed on behalf of local Customs, and they may request your unique tax ID to verify you as the importer.
DUTIES AND TAXES TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Your shipping charges, including any duty and taxes, are calculated based on your delivery address. These will be shown as part of the final price at checkout, and you will be asked to pay the full cost when you check out. We will always try to calculate a fully delivered price so you will never have to pay additional charges when your order arrives. Duties and taxes will not be refunded with returns.
Please note that delays due to customs are beyond our control. Outbound shipping is non-refundable in the event of a return.
