Bespoke
Once the final design and payment are confirmed, bespoke designs typically take up to 6 months to complete. This allows us time to perfect every detail and ensure a flawless fit.
Absolutely! Our bespoke service includes the option to make tailored alterations to any of our existing pieces, such as lengthening or shortening a dress, or adding personalised embellishments.
Initial consultations can be done via video call. Fitting appointments can be arranged in person at mutually agreed locations, although additional costs may apply.
The price varies depending on the complexity of the design, level of personalisation, and length of the garment. Our team will provide a detailed quote after your consultation.
Yes, we charge a non-refundable £50 fee for the initial consultation, where we'll discuss your design and any alterations in detail.
Refunds & Exchanges

Returns must be returned in the same packaging, the security ribbon.
Returns will only be accepted if you have received an authorised return label from our team. Our customer service will provide you with a postage label, and you can organise the return of your purchase to your nearest DHL drop-off point or collection.
All items bought must be returned new, unused, and with tags attached within 28 days of the order's arrival. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Due to the nature of these products, Bespoke items are not eligible to be returned.
Pre-orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt or cancelled within three days of purchase
Goods are classified as faulty if they are of unsatisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items damaged or resulting from normal wear and tear, accident, or misuse will not be considered faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 28 days from the date you received it.
Please contact info@maia-london.co.uk if you would like to start an exchange. Your exchange has to be initiated within 28 days of receipt and abide by our returns policy.
Orders & Shipping
We do not currently offer free shipping. However, we're always reviewing our services and may introduce them in the future.
Your shipping charges, including any duty and taxes, are calculated based on your delivery address. These will be shown as part of the final price at checkout, and you will be asked to pay the full cost when you check out. We will always try to calculate a fully delivered price so you will never have to pay additional charges when your order arrives. Duties and taxes will not be refunded with returns.
Please note, as orders are shipped from the UK, orders over $2,500 USD may require further clearance via UPS on behalf of local Customs. This is a routine check completed on behalf of local Customs, and they may request your unique tax ID to verify you as the importer.
