Initial Consultation
Your bespoke journey starts with an initial consultation, where we’ll discuss your ideas, inspiration, and any desired alterations or personalisation. This can be done via video call for your convenience. Please note, there is a non-refundable £50 consultation fee.

Design & Motif Creation
After understanding your vision, our design team will sketch out your custom piece, whether it's a completely new creation or personalised adjustments to one of our signature designs. You’ll have the opportunity to review and refine the design before final approval.

Fittings
To ensure the perfect fit, fittings will be arranged throughout the process. These can take place at agreed-upon locations, although additional costs may apply for in-person fittings.

Once the design and payment are finalised, production begins. From our signature intricate beading to perfect tailoring, each piece is crafted to your exact specifications. The bespoke process typically takes 4-6 weeks to complete.
