Returns & Exchanges
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can simply return the item(s) to us with new, unused, and all MAIA London garment tags still attached within 28 days of receipt.
We will issue a refund upon receipt and examination. Please note that we cannot accept returns if the security ribbon is removed from the item.
Returns not meeting our policy will not be accepted and returned to you.
Items should be returned in their original packaging with a completed Returns Form.
Please email info@maia-london.co.uk to request a returns form.
Shipping and return postage are the customer's responsibility. Customers outside the UK are responsible for all duties and taxes. Please apply the enclosed return label and send returning items in a safe and securely packaged box or bag via courier with the completed return form and original sales receipt.
Please note the product is your responsibility until we receive and sign it for you. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit. We recommend sending your return via a secure and trackable courier who can insure your parcel. You are strongly encouraged to obtain proof of posting and keep it safe.
Customers outside the UK who wish to return/exchange items should email info@maia-london.co.uk , and MAIA London will arrange shipment.
Shipment costs will then be deducted/invoiced upon issuing a refund.
Sale items are not eligible for returns.
